Akira Senpai – Return & Refund Policy

At Akira Senpai, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent buying experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor box imperfections

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are only confirmed after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment or system issues.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide clear photos/videos
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are to be shouldered by the buyer

Important:

  • Do not return items without contacting us first
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

After review:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Partial/full refund may be issued

4. Product Condition Clarification

  • Minor box imperfections are not considered defects
  • Items received in repacked condition from suppliers (e.g., adjusted or removed outer packaging for shipping efficiency) are:
    • Not considered used
    • Not considered damaged
  • These are not valid grounds for return or refund

5. Pre-Orders

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable
  • Pre-orders are final and non-cancellable
  • Remaining balance must be settled once item arrives

6. Unclaimed / Unresponsive Orders

  • Orders not settled within the given timeframe may be canceled
  • Deposits remain non-refundable

7. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (if possible)
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

Non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • Tabby (+10%) and Ziina (+5%) fees
  • Other third-party charges

8. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Conditions are not met
  • Item shows signs of use or damage after delivery
