We reserve the right to restrict or deny access for any misuse.

3. Product Availability

All items are subject to availability
Items may sell out quickly, especially during live selling or promotions
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock or system errors

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

Transparency on Fees:

Tabby payments include a +10% fee
Ziina payments include a +5% fee
These fees are charged by payment providers and are clearly communicated
All third-party transaction fees are non-refundable

5. Orders & Reservations

Website orders are confirmed only after payment is completed
Items claimed during live selling or social media (“mine”, “dibs”) are considered reserved
Payment must be completed within the given timeframe
Failure to pay may result in cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are confirmed upon payment or deposit
All pre-orders are final and non-cancellable
Arrival dates may change due to supplier or shipping delays beyond our control

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are shown at checkout or communicated before confirmation
Customers must provide accurate shipping details
Once shipped, responsibility is transferred to the courier

Akira Senpai is not liable for:

Courier delays
Lost or mishandled packages

8. Product Condition

All items sold are authentic collectibles
Minor box imperfections (dents, creases, shelf wear) are not considered defects
Some items may arrive to us in repacked condition from our overseas suppliers. This may include removal or adjustment of outer packaging (such as brown boxes or excess protective materials) to optimize international shipping.
This process is done by the supplier prior to us receiving the item
All figures remain brand new, unused, and in original condition
By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept this condition as part of international sourcing and logistics
