Akira Senpai – Shipping Policy

At Akira Senpai, we make sure your collectibles are packed with care and shipped as safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed through our website are processed after successful payment confirmation
  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise
  • Orders from live selling or social media follow the agreed payment timeline before processing

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before order confirmation
  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery
  • Delivery options may vary depending on your location

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within UAE: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • International: Not yet applicable / available

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.


4. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are shipped once they arrive in stock
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:
    • Ship them together once complete, or
    • Ship separately (additional fees may apply)

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details
  • Akira Senpai is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information

6. Missed Deliveries / Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Failed delivery attempts
    • عدم الرد (no response)

The customer will be responsible for redelivery shipping costs


7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Once the order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier
  • Akira Senpai is not liable for:
    • Courier delays
    • Lost or mishandled packages

However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier when possible.


8. Packaging

  • All items are packed with care to protect both the product and its box
  • While we do our best, minor box imperfections may still occur during transit and are not considered defects

9. Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives visibly damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the packaging and item condition

We will review and assist based on our Return & Refund Policy
